The Mace Energy Method (MEM) – This work is offered within my broader relational and embodied approach. MEM may be used where it supports safe, integrated release - it is not applied routinely.
I offer this work in a calm, relational way, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent and integration. You remain in control of what you share, and we move at a pace that feels respectful and grounded.
With a limited narrative required, you keep your privacy intact while freeing yourself from the bounds of negativities that are holding you back. Sessions are held within a relational, supportive space that prioritises self-trust - so that any shifts can be integrated into daily life, rather than feeling destabilising.

Parts 1 & 2
The Mace Energy Method Part 1 is all about your relationship with yourself. Using a gentle, guided process that helps you to identify and release the deeper root causes of the emotions, thoughts and/or behaviours that prevent you from being your most authentic self.
Part 2 is similar, but this time it is all about your relationships with others and again you are guided through a process that helps you unlock and free yourself from turmoil and emotional blocks that get in the way of having effective relationships.
Sessions provide powerful insights for yourself, so you can stay in control of your emotional state.
It is most helpful for women who already have insight into their patterns but find that talking alone hasn't shifted what their body is holding.

Follow-up
The Follow-Up helps you to build on your personal transformation with yourself and others. By this stage, you will have noticed changes in your relationships and this is an opportunity to go deeper - addressing triggers, patterns or areas of your life where you still feel stuck. Restoring calm, clarity and self-trust.
These are not fixed stages. They describe areas of focus that may be explored as appropriate.

Personal alignment
Remember is an optional extra - not an essential stage.
Most people notice the effects building with each session: a lighter emotional load, greater sense of self, and a stronger sense of peace and emotional freedom. Better and more consistent relationships with others.
Remembering who you truly are.

The Mace Energy Method™ (MEM) is the practical component of Causism™, a new body of knowledge, a new philosophy of life.
